Simply Greens

This dish is delicious and so easy to make!
Serves 4-6
~vegan, sugar-free & wheat-free~




Harvesting Swiss Rainbow Chard at Sandhill Farms, Eden, Utah






3 cups of Greens, chopped*
3 inches of ginger, peeled and diced**
1 T oil
Salt & Pepper (to taste)




Heat oil in a large pan. Stir fry ginger until fragrant and toasty brown. Add chopped greens and sautee until leaves turn a vibrant green color. Remove from heat, add salt, pepper and serve.

* Mix & Match your greens for diversity (kale, collards, mustard, rainbow chard, bok choy leaves...).

** Garlic is a great alternative (use 3-5 cloves).
