Uncleansing & Loving It!
When my body declared it was time to end my cleanse I wanted to celebrate with GREAT food. So my best foodie friend Amanda & I made our way to Café Trio (Salt Lake City). EVERYONE MUST HAVE THE ROSEMARY FLATBREAD! I also ordered potato soup and chopped salad. The soup was ok, the salad WOWZER! Thank you Trio for preachin' to this choir about how salad doesn't need to be drowned in dressing to be scrumdeliYUM! Currants, cheese, mixed greens and (what looked like diced mango but turned out to be a wonderful surprise of) golden beets! WAHOO! I was in palate heaven. And, btw, the music was kick butt! Run don't walk to Trio!
