A fundraiser inspired by the life & love of Adrianna Read

The idea for these mini cheesecakes came to me when I was wondering what I could do to help my friends Natalie & Joe Read who's six week old daughter rejoined the angels on December 12, 2008. Each of the ingredients in this recipe was chosen to represent the myriad feelings I felt in my experiences with Adrianna.....
