Alkalinity in the body

When the body is too acidic it has difficulty maintaining the proper Ph balance. This can lead to both short and long term dis-ease. Three easy ways to increase the alkaline level in our bodies are:
* Taking a baking soda bath (1-2 cups in a warm bath) for 15-20 minutes
* Using Umeboshi Plum Vinegar as a salt substitute (Asian food markets will have this)
* Doing a Cleanse (discuss your options with a Naturopathic Physician)
