Last week I attended a talk at Salt Lake's award winning City Library on Community Supported Agriculture. Of those who presented 3 stood out for me. East Farms, Calcium Springs and Bell Organic. I feel especially thankful to CSA Utah for putting on this event, giving us an opportunity to learn about CSAs and visit with our local farmers.
