In my lifetime, I have been called ballsy, brave...you name it and it has probably been said. Today...I celebrate all this! Perseverance is one of my best friends!
I have wanted to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City for quite a while. I even enrolled last year. Then withdrew after coming to the reality that I couldn’t afford to launch Inspired Ice Cream, attend IIN and pay my living expenses.
This year I was determined to enroll in the LAST year of the LIVE classes in New York (at Lincoln Center). So I beat the streets and raised the $/ proposed some innovative business trades and I am now officially a student in the 2010 professional training program!!! Whooo Hooooo!
I am excited to add that I have already made some sweet connections and will be sampling & selling Inspired Ice Cream during my trips to the big apple! Um, yeah...and doing comedy!
