Falling in Self Love • Days 2-4

I've spent the weekend in New York City.  Good times!  I visited numerous members of my family, got reacquainted with an old friend and had all around good times.  Travel feels loving to my soul.  Following my impulses around food feels nourishing as well.  I am so happy I came to New York (my home state).  I really felt AT HOME!  :)
