
1 banana, frozen or not
1 1/2 c almond milk, unsweetened (organic or make your own)
1 T raw unsalted almond butter
1 T raw coconut oil
2 Medjool dates
1 T maple syrup
1 T chia seeds
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 large handfuls of organic spinach
Add 1-2 cups of ice to the blender if you want an icy drink.
