I took a class with a bunch of vibrant seniors. Though the class was
not easy, it was gentle with many optional variations. I was well
received and it was cool to be among people up to 30 years my senior who
were ACTIVE. Added bonus: the class was free! It feels good to find ways to exercise, while on vacation that include my parents!
