Souffle

First time was not the charm. I had my virgin go at making a souffle and though it wasn't a complete disaster, it was a far cry from a masterpiece. Despite the appearance, it tasted pretty good. I'd love to give it another go sometime. For now, I'll continue creating gourmet dairy free ice cream masterpieces.
