This dip is delicious and very easy to make!
2 cups garbanzo beans (or cannelini, great northerns)
1 -3 cloves of garlic (to taste)
3 T olive oil
salt & pepper (to taste)
Blend together and serve! I like to serve these with lime salted tortilla chips.
* Fancy pants tip: Use roasted garlic
