Lime Salted Tortilla Chips

Serves 6
~ vegan, wheat free, sugar free ~

12 corn tortillas
2 limes
2 tsp salt

Juice the limes. Combine juice and salt in a LARGE bowl. Cut tortillas in fourths (you'll have 48 chips). Toss them in the bowl making sure they all get coated. Pre heat the oven to 325 degrees. Marinate for 10 minutes or more. Drain. Put the wet tortillas on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven until crisp (they'll bend and curl).
