"Time is a Great Healer" Fourteenth Century Proverb (and quote for chapter 6, Medicine: Doctors & Patience).
This is perfect for me today as I recommitted to waking up early to give myself more time to start the day the way I like. Today that included meditation, laughter exercise, reading and then washing my car as the sun rose. By the time 8am rolled around I was ready to face the world and felt a calm coolness that seems natural when I have a few hours to play uninterrupted before dawn. Yes!
How does time help you feel well, balanced, joyful?
I just spent hours in the park with the dogs splashing in a stream and reading in the grass. It has taken me about 5 weeks to read this book. I started off doing it in my "spare time" which there was not much of. As I've continued reading I've given myself permission to take more play breaks. I read 40+ pages today during my time at the park. I have also been feeling more at ease in general and more productive when I'm working. I'm loving this influence.
