DIY Sports Drink

Pour yourself a tall glass of young coconut water and save BIG money on packaged versions and/or sports drinks (often filled with food coloring and such). Check with your local Asian market for the best prices (usually). If you feel nervous about getting those bad boys open, here's a video that may help.
