Recharging

Though I was tired I recognized the familiar Chewbacca-style howl from my golden, Sandy, as an indication that it was time for a W-A-L-K.  She continued to sound off as I sluggishly got dressed.  I grabbed my phone to begin my round of calls for the day and noticed the battery was on the last cell.  As I put it back to be recharged I smiled, thinking I NEED TO BE RECHARGED.  As we walked, the warm sun and sweet bird calls enveloped me.  When Sandy & I passed a basketball court I felt drawn to the hard concrete.  As I rested my body on the ground full...I felt relaxed.  With nowhere else to sink into, the concrete, (unlike grass) felt definite.  My body felt supported.  I drifted to sleep with Sandy resting by my side.  I want more of this today.  Ease, rest, nature, my dog, ahhhhh.  What relaxes you?
